From the central location of this Roch cottage you can discover wonderful sandy beaches, and with a coastal path running the complete coastline, it is a walker's paradise. Boat trips to the local bird sanctuary islands offer the chance to spot dolphins and seals, or if it's an adrenaline rush you're looking for, try white water rafting or the thrills and spills at Oakwood Theme Park. With the majestic cathedral in the city of St David's, the amazing chapel of St Govan built into the rocks at the bottom of the cliffs, and the castles and old mills dotted around the county, there is something for all the family to make this the perfect Roch cottage holiday, all year round.
Situated in the Pembrokeshire National Park, the village of Roch is home to a local pub. The surrounding countryside boasts an abundance of picturesque walks, cycle paths and fantastic beaches, offering a fun day at the seaside. The nearby market town of Haverfordwest offers a wide choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and has a broad range of attractions, including walks along the River Cleddau, an array of fine churches and an historic castle. Alternatively, take a trip along the coast to St. David's, the smallest city in Britain renowned for its ancient cathedral and monastery, exhilarating watersports and excellent boat excursions.

Comfortable, cosy and warm; very clean and well maintained- the owners had thought of everything, including a small laundry in a separate room attached to the end of the building. The single bedroom is very nice, with an extra space at the end with an armchair, so it's like a little sitting room (nice in the night if you're a poor sleeper). The welcome boxes included mini shampoo etc, which was useful. The owner helped out when we had a problem, which was kind. There is a courtyard outside the cottage with lots of plants and some seating. It was good to be near the main road- quiet at night, but handy for getting going on each day trip. We're looking forward to coming again!

It suited us extremely well. Also the owners of the cottage were welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. On one occasion, when someone drove into our car in St David's they were invaluable in identifying some local resources that we were able to use in order to continue our holiday and keep in our own car.
