The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and bird watching at Strumble Head are within 5 miles.
The Ferry Port with daily sailings to Ireland is less than 2 miles away.
This cottage is on one level and is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout; however there are steps at the entrance (back and front) and steps to access the upper part of the garden.
This single storey cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and makes a great base for exploring North Pembrokeshire and beyond.
ground floor: The entrance porch leads into the hallway and onto the cosy lounge, which has a living flame gas fire, comfortable leather sofas, CD player, DVD player and colour TV. Books, games, and DVDs are provided for your use.
The beamed kitchen is well equipped, with ceramic hob, electric cooker, Stanley range, fridge and microwave and an oak table and chairs.
The adjoining utility room contains a freezer, washing machine, shower and separate WC and ample storage space for beach equipment etc.
Two bedrooms overlook the garden and are prettily decorated - duvets, pillows, bedlinen and towels are provided at no extra charge.
The master bedroom contains a double bed, chest of drawers, walnut wardrobe and dressing table.
The second bedroom contains matching twin beds in pine and a wardrobe with drawers.
The bathroom contains bath, wash hand basin and WC.
Garden & ParkingAt the rear of the property is a patio area with table and chairs - a barbecue, deckchairs and a garden bench are provided for your use.
Gated steps lead onto a sloped lawn.
The garden is enclosed and a gate leads to a nearby footpath.
There is ample parking for 2 cars at the front of the property.
Other InformationThere is full oil central heating throughout the property run by the Stanley range in the kitchen.
Electricity and oil will be charged at a flat rate of £10 per week. Please leave your payment at the property.
A cot is not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own travel cot.
No smoking at this property please.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome.
