Timed central heating ( timer in locked box ) heating on 7am - 10am and 4pm - 10pm. The owner was not willing to provide central heating out of these times. Says there is backup heating ( small halogen heater ). There is a wood burner in the corner under a recess giving off very little heat ( no impact on large cottage). No heating at all in kitchen. We were sat with blankets at 8- 30 pm Still cold. Went to bed. Left the cottage at 10am cold. Couldn't find owner. Left them message and emailed later. No reply to knocks on door or messages. Had to leave for sake of our health. Very disappointed.

Fran was so welcoming with a ready-lit warm log fire, milk in the fridge, Welsh cakes, flowers and Bara Britth. The cottage was very comfortable, clean, large and in a quiet location. Very easy access to the Pembrokeshire coastal path and inland paths too. Magical walks in woodland directly from the door. Very dog friendly too. Many thanks Fran!!
