Tucked away down a traditional Norfolk loke, the charm of the property is evident as soon as you step foot through the door. A gorgeous double bedroom on the ground floor with French doors that open onto the loke. On the first floor, there is another double and a single bedroom. The living room is also up here, with beautiful beams and just the right amount of technology that mixes perfectly the old and the new. Located in a Conservation Area and within easy distance of the beach and coast.

We had a wonderful stay at flint cottage. It is a beautiful, charming, peaceful hidden away little gem. The river running through the garden is ideal for children, our boys spent hours playing in it. The local area is also very child friendly with a great playground practically on the doorstep. The neighbours were all very friendly and welcoming too. We will definitely be booking another holiday at flint cottage as we miss it already!

It's a lovely cottage, very pretty, with a little stream running literally outside the front door. Welcoming coming in from a chilly beach on a cold evening - plus a really well-equipped kitchen (we like to cook on holiday!) and outstandingly comfortable beds - not always the case with holiday lets. Thumbs up all round.

We had a really lovely stay at Flint Cottage. The beautiful flower arrangement, the welcoming card and the friendly and ultra helpful housekeepers Maggie & Ken made us feel at home from the word go. Really well equipped and comfortable with brilliantly chosen furniture and artwork made the house feel cosy and homely. We were so glad ornaments and pictures had not been stripped out because of Covid, which would have made it feel very bare. Breakfast right next to the chalk river was a real treat. Everywhere we wanted to visit was close by and the roads and lanes were quiet for both car and bike journeys. Will definitely re-book if we are lucky enough to return to North Norfolk on holiday.
