TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oil central heating with underfloor heating downstairs.
This Swansea cottage has a large deck and lawn with garden furniture. The nearest beach is 7 miles away at Aberavon and it's 10-12 miles to Mumbles and Gower. This is a good area for walking and within 30 minutes of the Brecon Beacons. Local golf, leisure centre and pool.
