Enjoy curling up in front of the woodburning stove on those cooler evenings or on glorious summer days sit out on the terrace with a cool glass and enjoy the stunning surrounding views.For those feeling energetic you can make use of the tennis court or one of the many walking and cycling routes on your doorstep including Offa’s Dyke and the Wye Valley Walk. Further afield you have the amazing Black Mountains, Symonds Yat and the Forest of Dean for kayaking, mountain biking or visit the many historic sites which include the famous Tintern Abbey. Robin’s Barn is an ideal retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful countryside this area has to offer.

The charming village of Penallt sits on the west bank of the beautiful River Wye in the Wye Valley. On the border of England and Wales, the village boasts stunning views, Nature Reserves, an sssi and two excellent local pubs serving locally sourced food and real ales. The Offa's Dyke footpath, Wye Valley Walk and the Three Castles Walk all run through or close to this unspoilt area of Monmouthshire.
