If you are visiting with younger guests they will be thrilled with the GreenWood Family Park, boasting a wealth of family-friendly activities, located a mere 10-minute drive away from the cottage. Alternatively, you can tackle one of the wonderful walks located within the nearby national park of Snowdonia or spend a summer’s afternoon soaking up the sun at Newborough beach. For the more adventurous, you can access a number of watersports just ten minutes away at Llyn Padarn and in wet weather there’s the well-known Beacon Climbing Centre, also just ten minutes away. 17 Ffordd Hebog promises a wonderful family holiday.

Situated within the Menai Strait, resting between the town of Caernarfon and the city of Bangor, is the small village Y Felinheli. Here, you will find a yachting marina, a a couple of pubs, a restaurant and cafe in the dock area, a shop and a Post Office. This village is a superb base for exploring Snowdonia, thel Llyn Peninsula, or the sandy beaches of the Isle of Anglesey.
