At the back of the property is traditional tiny back yard, with stone wall seating perfect for enjoying a coffee. Only a stone's throw away from the amenities of the town, Kingsley cottage is perfectly located for all the shops, pubs and restaurants on offer, and is within walking distance of Pwllheli's two beaches. Enjoy a walk along the Llyn Peninsula and take in the stunning scenery, or explore Criccieth, with its Castle or visit Abersoch, before returning to this pretty cottage for a cosy and relaxing evening in. Venture further afield to the popular town of Porthmadog, from here take the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Trains and travel through some of the most dramatic scenery in the Snowdonia National Park, to Blaenau Ffestiniog in one direction and Caernarfon in the other. The nearby village of Llanbedrog is home to Wales' oldest art gallery and is well worth a visit and the Italian village and gardens of Portmeirion is easily accessible. This lovely cottage serves as an ideal base for touring and exploring the area anytime of the year!

This town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula, is one of the most scenic Welsh regions, renowned for scenery, coastal walks, beaches and golf courses. This traditional town offers shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina. Pwllheli has two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for sailing and watersports. Close by is Criccieth, with a castle, there is also Abersoch, a harbour town also renowned for itsbeaches and water sports. Much of the peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a lot of the coastline is owned by the National Trust, providing bays, beaches and clifftop walks, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island. Discover all of Snowdonia, the Isle of Anglesey, many medieval castles and N.T. properties and gardens, or simply relax in this beautiful part of Wales.
