The apartment is well appointed and comfortable, decorated in a homely style with plenty of room for a group of friends or all the family to explore this beautiful part of the Llyn Peninsula. The large open plan living area has a dining area and a kitchen, a great place for everyone to socialise and get together to enjoy an evening in or a leisurely breakfast while planning the day ahead. The three bedrooms are spacious and offer flexible accommodation, whilst one of the family rooms boasts an en-suite bathroom. There is also the added benefit of a further shower room and a second family bathroom. The apartment enjoys the use of 0.75 acres of lawned gardens, along with a trampoline, a slide and a rocking horse, ideal for the children to burn off any excess energy before bedtime. The basement games room and gym is a great place too; there is even a wet room. If you don’t fancy cooking, for such a small village, Sarn has two pubs offering a warm Welsh welcome, home-cooked food and real cask ales. There are many walks close to Sarn Myllteryn and the Llyn Coastal Path passes within easy reach. Close by is the hill of Mynydd Rhiw, which at 305 metres offers wonderful views of the Llyn Peninsula. The walk is well worth the effort, not only for the views but for the birdlife too, as sparrowhawks, kestrels, merlin and buzzards are in abundance here! Enjoy sandy beaches, sailing, surfing, kayaking, scuba diving, golf, hill and coastal walks, and many more attractions within easy reach, then return to this wonderful Welsh apartment to relax. Situated in the stunning Lleyn Peninsula is the rural village of Sarn Meyllteyrn. The village offers shops, pubs, a garage, restaurant and a pottery. Just six miles away is the popular sailing town of Abersoch which is sandwiched between two wonderful bays and is host to a number of sailing regattas throught the summer season. For those that like watersports, the town boasts sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing. Abersoch also has a number of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Also nearby is the delightful, long, sandy beach of Warren Beach, Porth Bach and the rugged cliffs of Port Ceriad. The fantastic Bardsey Island is also

a short boat ride away. A beautiful part of North Wales at anytime of the year.
