Overlooking the cove and moorings, with views of Tremadog Bay, Borth-y-Gest Bay and encompassing the Rhinog Mountains, this cottage offers lots of style as well as spacious and welcoming accommodation. Ideal for couples, friends who enjoy holidaying together and families, this cottage offers a cosy and homely atmosphere, and exudes tranquil charm and character. There are four comfortable bedrooms, all individually furnished and styled, with the front bedroom having the added benefit of a king-size bed and fantastic views from the bay window over the harbour, estuary, Moelwyn Mountains and the Rhinogs. Downstairs the three reception rooms ensure this cottage really does have room for everyone. The front sitting room with its bay window is light and bright and has a warming flame-effect electric fire, or after a long day of adventure retire to the cosy family sitting room and enjoy that favourite film or play one of the many board games, Monopoly anyone? The spacious dining room is perfect for socialising over a leisurely breakfast and the modern, well-equipped kitchen completes this lovely cottage. The outdoor seating in the mainly paved front garden is the perfect spot for watching the boats in the bay and taking in those wonderful views, whilst enjoying a glass or two of something refreshing. Then in the evening, enjoy alfresco dining on the decked sun terrace at the rear, The owners welcome up to 2 dogs at Bronallt but as neifer of back and front gardens are secure, they advise guests the dogs to be under close supervision, the Property is therefor not suitable for dogs roam freely within the garden's. There are some wonderful coastal walks from the cottage and plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. There is a fantastic links golf course only five minutes' away in Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog with its harbour and the Ffestiniog steam train can be reached in 15 minutes' along a coastal walk, or jump in the car and drive 10 minutes' to the superb Italianate village and gardens of Portmeirion. Many CADW sites and medieval castles are all within easy reach and for the more adventurous Zip World Titan and Zip Caverns, and Bounce Below, a subterranean system of trampolines deep underground are all a short drive away. This lovely cottage enjoys a quieter pace of life and provides a wonderful seaside escape, an ideal base for exploring all the delights this area has to offer at any time of the year.

Borth-y-Gest, nestled by the water close to the Llyn Peninsula, is a quaint seaside village with tearoom and restaurant. The are many walks on offer from the village, and the Snowdonia National Park is just a short drive away. Visit Porthmadog, Anglesey, Black Rock Sands and Portmeirion

Stairgates can also be provided on request for the top of the stairs but not at the bottom of the stairs, because of the layout of the house.Please let the owners know when you contact them to arrange key collection if this is needed.

Free roadside parking at front on first come, first served basis, plus a car park across the road which is £3.30 for up to 6 hours and £4.40 for up to 12 hours and £5.50 for up to 24 hours and blue badge parking is free.

Only chargeable 1st March-31st October.

Lockable bike storage for 2 bikes.

Front garden with furniture and rear lawned garden with decked area and picnic bench, the rear garden is separated from the cottage's back yard by a private footpath providing access to the back of the adjacent properties.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Shop 1 mile, pub 10 mins walk.

Bistro, coffee lounge and coast 2 mins walk.

Note: The rear garden and decked area is accessed up steps.

Note: The front door is accessed by two steps up, and the back door and bike storage area by one step up and seven steps down.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am
