Glanllynnau is a beautiful stone farmhouse, set back from the road up a drive, near Llanystumdwy, 5 miles from Pwllheli and 3 miles from Criccieth. Originally the main farmhouse on this working farm it is surrounded by green fields and pasture land, with views of nearby Snowdonia and Criccieth Castle to the rear.  With a 5 minute walk down a private track to the beach, excellent fishing on the farm itself and nearby golf and horse riding Glan Llynnau is an ideal base from which to explore the Lleyn Peninsula, and surrounding areas.

This farmhouse has a large lounge with wooden floors, comfortable seating and electric coal effect 'stove' set in the large brick fireplace, also TV, DVD, Freeview and Wi-Fi. The kitchen /diner includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The two spacious double bedrooms (one with an ensuite shower room and one with a washbasin) both retain the original Victorian fireplaces. There is also a twin bedroom. The large, modern, tiled bathroom includes a large shower area with an electric shower and heated towel rail. Outside is a large enclosed grassed area and paved patio with garden furniture. The owners live in a rear self-contained part of the house

Ideally placed to explore the bustling market town of Pwllheli with its shops, cafes and Marina, designated a 'European Centre of Excellence' as a venue for sailing and other water sports and for walkers wishing to explore the Lleyn Coastal path much of which is an aonb or 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. 6 miles to Porthmadog for the Highland and Ffestiniog railway, 16 miles to the castle at Caernarfon.
