Dominating the skyline from its majestic position on a rocky outcrop, the town's 13th Century castle offers superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. There are two beaches close by, as well as a wealth of footpaths and cycle trails present in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Nature lovers will enjoy the excellent bird watching in the area as well as the chance to spot porpoises playing in the surf. For those who prefer the bustle of a town, Portmeirion's offers various pubs, restaurants and tea-rooms, as well as Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the renowned golf courses of the Lleyn Peninsula.

It did not disappoint. The Cottage is clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. We shall certainly be recommending this lovely place to our friends and hope to return next year.

Everything was perfect. The cottage was absolutely spotless! It had so many thoughtful touches, everything from extra blankets on the settees to ice in the freezer! The welcome pack was wonderful too! You can tell how much thought and care has gone into the place. Great location, lots of places to visit nearby. Would love to go back again

Very comfortable and clean. Very pleasant owners and nice they were nearby. Charging point for an EV a real boon. The no pets rule was another advantage as far as we were concerned. A dishwasher would have been a plus if there had been more than just the two of us maybe. More lighting in the kitchen and TV area would be an improvement on these darker evenings. Overall such a nice property. Thank you for all your hard work and we hope to return some time in the warmer months of 2024.
