Llwynbedw Isaf has one family bedroom sleeping up to three people. Technically an annex to the main house, this very spacious cottage has a grand hall, sun room, galleried lounge, shower room and small kitchen area. One well behaved dog is welcome. Within a half hour drive of the attractions of both Snowdonia, the Lleyn Peninsula and Caernarfon and less than 6 miles from the beach.

Llwynbedw Isaf is a one bedroom house with a large vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace. This house has plenty of character and a large glass walled extension looking over the garden.

The combined lounge-diner is a large space with a log burner inside the stone fireplace. There a 2 armchairs, sofa and rocking chair. At the other end of the room is a large dining table with seating for 8 people and an upright piano. A second living space / conservatory has 2 armchairs and sofa with views out to the garden. The bedroom has a double bed and single bed with the option of a folding single bed to accommodate a 4th person.

A small kitchen is equipped with a hob, cooker, microwave, fridge plus kitchenware, crockery, and cutlery. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. There is an additional seating area on the first floor which has TV, sofa and 2 armchairs.

Llwyn Bedw Isaf has full central heating, WiFi internet connection, bed linen and towels are provided. There is parking for up to 3 cars, bike storage, and 1 dog is permitted. This is a no smoking property.

Lwynbedw Isaf is near the village of Llanllyfni, east of the Nantlle Valley and just to the south of Caernarfon. This is an excellent location for exploring Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula.
