This contemporary detached bungalow is located on a popular residential estate in the coastal village of Abersoch. The village's shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance, as are the family-friendly sandy beaches, making this a great base for a family seaside holiday.
Kookaburra has a warm and attractively furnished open-plan living space with French doors leading out to the garden. The living area has comfortable leather sofas, a 55" smart LED hdtv, multiple channel BT TV, YouView with BT sports (record, pause and playback) and ipod compatible stereo. The dining area has a large table and chairs to seat eight and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The master double bedroom has a lovely en suite shower room with WC and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and a TV with DVD player and the third bedroom is perfect for children, with two sets of full-size bunk beds, a TV and a DVD player. There is a family bath/shower room fitted with a bath with power shower over, a basin and WC.
Outside, Kookaburra boasts a fabulous raised sun terrace with a rattan suite and far-reaching views over the bay, a lawned area and a patio with outdoor table and chairs, a barbecue and a patio heater. The garden is enclosed and the sun terrace is gated so this is an excellent choice for families with children or pets. Guests have access to the garage where there is a washing machine, a dryer and a second fridge. To the front of the bungalow, there is ample parking on the driveway for up to two cars and a boat.

Comfortable home, great mattresses, clean and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful, friendly, laid back town. Abersoch makes a great base to explore north Wales.
