This lovely detached house has ample space for large families and a great games room in a quiet rural position just on the edge of the village of Abersoch and less than a mile from the sea.
Goleufryn is a detached period house in a peaceful location on a quiet country lane less than a mile from the centre of the popular seaside village of Abersoch and its shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The layout is perfect for large family groups. The main house sleeps 10, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on both the first and second floors, also a games room.
Note: A spacious barn annexe is available at an additional fee and sleeps a further 4/6 guests. The games room barn can also sleep a further 3 guests at an additional fee. Please click here if you would like to book the annexes with Goleufryn.
The house has been refurbished with care and attention to detail. There is an open plan living room, a dining room and a kitchen which leads to a further sitting room in the conservatory. The living room has leather sofas, a log burner, on demand TV with sky entertainment package and WiFi. The fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and leisure cooker ceramic hob with double oven whilst the utility room houses the washing machine. The conservatory sun room has a sofa and double doors to the garden. On the first floor is the king size bedroom (with large ensuite bathroom and corner shower cubicle (with jet spray) and a twin bedroom, also cloakroom with WC and basin. The second floor has a large family room with king size bed, single bed and additional pull out bed, TV and panoramic views. A further bedroom has twin beds. There is a shower room and separate WC with basin on this floor.
Outside is a generous garden with mature trees and shrubs and pretty rural views. A patio with tables and benches and rattan garden furniture make this the perfect choice for dining and entertaining al fresco. Games room with bike storage. There is off road parking for several cars plus a boat.

We were delighted to stay in this property. It was clean and well maintained. The owner met us on arrival, she was extremely friendly and helpful and we were very impressed with the great customer service. This property was ideal for our extended family holiday comfortably accommodating our two families . We would well recommend it. There are some beautiful beaches and walks in the area and the local village offers a variety of cafes restaurants and shops again all highly recommended.

The house is just gorgeous - very clean and well kept. The bedding was fresh and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. It takes approx 5-10 minutes to walk into town and it is a very pretty walk into the town. Lesley (the owner) was very accommodating and catered to our every need. She recommended wonderful restaurants and trips out. The games room was a very big hit with the kids! This is a fabulous house that will suit everyone - I would strongly recommend this house if you are considering a stay in Abersoch.
