On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a family bath/shower room and a spacious utility with washing machine, dryer and a large shower and fourth WC. Stairs lead up again to the second floor with two more double bedrooms, both with wash hand basins, and a twin bedroom.

The private road setting allows for a rear stone patio, perfect for outdoor entertaining and a driveway with parking for up to three cars. The sandy beaches and the South Caernarfon Yacht Club are still only a 5 minute walk away with the restaurants, cafes and shops of ever popular Abersoch even closer.
