A traditional Welsh terraced cottage on a quiet side street in the heart of Llanberis, in the foothills of Snowdon in North Wales. This cottage is set in the heart of Snowdonia walking country and offers comfortable, basic holiday accommodation. You enter into a modern sitting room with two “Clic Clac” sofa beds for occasional overnight guests, and a modern fitted kitchen incorporating a social dining area, ideal for relaxing meals after a busy day exploring the superb countryside. Upstairs the bedrooms are comfortable styled, with a double bedroom, a twin and a cosy single bedroom all sharing a modern family bathroom with bath and shower above. There is an enclosed rear patio should you wish to BBQ or enjoy some outdoor air, and parking is free on the road outside this attractive holiday cottage. The town of Llanberis is the gateway to Snowdon and walking tracks lead into the surrounding mountains where you can explore for miles enjoying the peace, tranquillity and beauty of the area. Perhaps enjoy the Lakeside railway, or hop on the mountain tram to the top of Snowdon and enjoy a more leisurely walk back into town, before visiting the Electric Mountain, or sampling a pint in one of the numerous pubs in the town. With Caernarfon and the coast only 7 miles away the options are endless when you choose this popular location for your holiday.

Dominated by the grandeur of the Snowdon Massif, Llanberis is flanked by two lakes, Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peris and is one of the most popular mountain tourist centres in the Snowdonia National Park. In fact, Llanberis is something of a ‘mecca’ for walkers and climbers, being the starting point for the ascent of Snowdon - the highest mountain in England and Wales. The ascent can be made either by train, on the Snowdon Mountain Railway, or on foot along one of the many routes to the summit.
