For four adults and a teenager plus a three year old we just found the fridge and freezer compartment too small, but appreciate others probabely would not. There was also an issue with the bins. We were asked to keep the recycling seperate as there was only one large black bin on the property. A small purple container appeared which we put glass in and this was emptied on the Tuesday but not the Black bin that had general waste in. This was put out again as per instructions when we departed. I ended up taking paper, cardboard and plastic bottles home with me.

The location and cleanliness were really good. Beach shop and pub in walking distance. Lounge and beds very comfy. Just a shame that on arrival the night storage heaters weren’t on to give some welcoming background warmth. It was chilly. The handset for the Smeg heater in the lounge does not work we found the instructions for this in the unit under the tv and then located the manual controls on the underneath edge. Not an issue but just an update, the sofa in the back enclosed patio garden is now a table and chairs. The patio at the front off the lounge is a lovely sunny well maintained spot but if you are taking a four legged friend this area is open to a shared driveway, so take a long lead.

Initially a little difficult to find, but a good location with great views. The beds were not very comfortable and really need the mattresses changing. The property was clean and warm when we arrived with many of the basic needs e.g. tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper provided.
