On the sunnier days, make the most of the incredible back garden, an extensive lawn for the children and dog to run and play whilst you sit on the decking with a cold glass of wine, what more could you ask for? Sarn Meylllteyrn is an ideal base for exploring this incredible area, offering village shops, pubs and a restaurant. It comes within a short distance of two of North Wales' most popular seaside resorts in Abersoch and Pwllheli. Both of these offer a great range of amenities as well as fantastic seaside entertainment with both of them being known for their watersports. Glasfryn is a splendid cottage in a beautiful rural location.

The village of Sarn Meyllteyrn, is at the heart of the Llyn Peninsula, an area renowned for scenery, offering shops, pubs, a garage, restaurant and a pottery. 6 miles away, between two gbays, Abersoch is a most popular sailing venue hosts sailing regattas throughout the summer. Shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés cater for all tastes, whilst water sports enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with windsurfing, waterskiing, sailing, diving and surfing opportunities. With the long, sandy Warren Beach, the sheltered sands at Porth Bach and the terrific, high cliffs at Port Ceriad nearby and Bardsey Island just a short, yet exciting boat trip away, this is an ideal base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.

Electric heating ( back up heating not main, can be on for up to 2 hours at a time) and woodburning stove ( main source, please bring own logs if required).

Power included in the rent.

Bed linen and towels included in rent.

Stairgate, highchair and travel cot on request.

Ample roadside parking in front of house.

Sloped lawned garden with decked area and furniture.

One well-behaved pet welcome.

Sorry, no smoking.

Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Note: The stone steps to access the garden are uneven, narrow and steep, care should be taken and children supervised.
Note: Glasfryn is close to the road so a little road noise may be heard.
