There are three sitting rooms to choose from. The Family room is fresh and stylish with an electric real flame effect fire and comfortable seating, including a good quality superior double guest bed, which makes an ideal ground floor bedroom, adding flexible sleeping arrangements and ideal for those in the family who may find the stairs a little challenging. With a ground floor wet room close by it’s ideal. The Old Doctors surgery, which gets its name from the fact that it was just that, is now a calming sitting room with feature granite and stone wall, comfy seating, beanbags, TV and a selection of books and boxed games. And finally, the Heather room, calming with neutral colours and French doors leading through to the hub of the house, a large L shaped well-appointed kitchen with granite worktops, a breakfast bar Island and dining area makes for a wonderful sociable and entertaining space for everyone, on a nice day through open those patio doors opens and take the entertaining outside, al fresco style! This wonderful cottage has five individually styled bedrooms, three king-size doubles and two twins. All the bedrooms enjoy having TV’s and views of the garden and/or surrounding scenery. Three of the bedrooms boast en-suite facilities, all contemporary in design, while the other two have the use of the lovely well-appointed stylish family bathroom. An external utility room takes care of any laundry that you may need to do and a detached games room to the side of the property has a pool table,darts and table football and provides the perfect place for all the family to enjoy some quality time together, rising to the challenge with a few games of whatever takes your fancy, the rain won’t stop play here! And if that’s not enough, outside the gardens lie to three sides and are laid to lawn with mature trees, pretty borders and shrubs. Theres lots of outside seating, where you can relax and unwind, enjoying the sunshine or perhaps stargaze into the unspoilt night sky, reminisce and re-live memories of the day's events. There are numerous country walks from the doorstep. Close by, in the nearby village of Llaniestyn is a horseriding centre, Pen-Llyn Lusitano, that caters for both the experienced and novice horse riders alike. The cottage is an ideal base for enjoying the coastal resorts of Porthmadog, Criccieth, Abersoch, Nefyn and Pwllheli with beautiful beaches, and Caernarfon is within easy reach, with its medieval and majestic castle, as well as offering easy access to the Snowdonia National Park and many of the attractions in this area. You’re sure to take some wonderful lasting memories away with you and we’re sure this is one you’ll want to return to year after year.

Located in the heart of the Lyn Peninsula is the small village of Llaniestyn. Nearby will find you Botwnnog and Abersoch which offer an array of beaches (the most popular being Abersoch’s main long sandy beach) and watersports. Venture to Abersoch’s harbour town and visit a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs. There are walking, cycling and climbing trails on your doorstep and why not wander to Porth Ceriad with its high cliffs? The town of Aberdaron is home to more beaches and you can even take a boat trip to Bardsey Island and see the seals!
