Beautiful modern interior and luxurious soft furnishings throughout, Snowdown Retreat is ideal for a perfect family getaway. This fantastic lodge has a spacious open plan layout, with a very tastefully designed interior. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is also a utility to provide extra space. As you walk through this lodge you’ll find a master double bedroom (with French windows to bring in plenty of natural light) and a stunning en-suite including rainfall shower. Continue on and you’ll find a twin room and a three bedded room including bunk beds which the children will love! The main bathroom is beautifully decorated and includes a shower. The front of the lodge has large French doors providing a lovely view of the park and leads to modern outdoor furniture and outdoor hot tub. No pets.

Taking full advantage of the spectacular backdrop, each lodge has been carefully situated to maximise space and complement the scenery, while delightful contemporary interiors effortlessly blend style with luxurious home-from-home touches.

A cocktail of towering mountains, plunging valleys, crystal lakes and deep, dark forests, this dramatic landscape benefits from less crowding than much of Snowdonia. Perfect for soaking up true Welsh character, Bala boasts a wonderful historic town, while Bala Lake, the largest expanse of natural open water in Wales, offers a paradise for sailing and watersports. Attractions and activities abound, but walking is a must.

Security Deposit

There is a £200 security deposit to be paid on arrival by swipe of a credit or debit card, this will be refunded within 7-10 days of departure.

Guests are now asked for their card details when completing their Self-check In information, they no longer need to call the office for this to be processed. 

Group Bookings/Party Types

Please be aware this park may accept group bookings but must have prior approval from the park. The security deposit will also be £300 per accommodation. For couples at least one member in the party must be 21.

Accommodation

Please be aware that the accommodation allocated on arrival may slightly differ from the images of interiors and exteriors shown on our website as all accommodation is individually designed.

Pets

Dogs must be declared at time of booking, dogs not declared will not be accepted.

 

Arrival Information

Please note the latest time for arrival is 7pm, if you are going to arrive later than 7pm please contact the park directly to let them know and arrange late check in.

Facilities

There is free Wi-Fi access around the facilities. Wi-Fi is then charged £10 per accommodation.

Disposable BBQs permitted on site but only with a portable BBQ stand which can be borrowed from reception with a £20 security deposit.

The Prosecco Pamper pack includes Prosecco, chocolates and flowers.

 

Any and all booking are conditional upon you and your guest compliance with general rules of good conduct and behaviour. Consequently you agree that you and your guests shall not:-

         I.            Smoke within the lodges or Manor House, Games room or Play area;

       II.            Tamper with any fire alarms, boilers or emergency equipment;

     III.            Remove, damage or destroy any lodge property, decking or public area, (including damage to Hot Tub lids);

    IV.            Cause nuisance (including noise), annoyance, or offence to the park staff or our other guests.

      V.            Allow pets to be left unattended in lodges. Pet owners/guardians may be responsible for any additional cost to the sum of £100 (security deposit) for deep-cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged facilities should these be required. Pets must be declared and allocated into pet friendly units. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times;

    VI.            Park or drive vehicles on grassed areas.

The park reserves the right to retain the security deposit to cover damage, additional cleaning or loss sustained.

    The lodge we stayed in was amazing and very clean, the hot tub was the highlight and somebody came to check it and clean it daily. Overall I would highly recommend this park if your looking for a nice chilled out break away.
