Llain Daniel is a large detached house in a lovely coastal location at Rhiw, 6 miles west of Abersoch and 3.5 miles east of the seaside village of Aberdaron. The house stands in an elevated position and on a fine day you can see across to Harlech and southern Snowdonia. The road approaching the house gives stunning views across Porth Neigwl/Hell's Mouth Bay.

This spacious house has a comfortable sitting room with patio doors, a 52" TV + basic Sky package, DVD player, music system and WiFi. The fitted kitchen/diner includes an American style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a washing machine in a separate utility room. There is also a bath/shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two good-sized bedrooms, a Master double bedroom and a second bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a shower room. The house is heated by oil-fired central heating. To the rear of the property is an enclosed patio with garden furniture.

Rhiw is located at the southern end of the Lleyn Peninsula, with much of the nearby coasline belonging to The National Trust. Plas yn Rhiw, an early 17th century manor house also owned by the Trust and open to the public, is less than a mile away. There is excellent walking in the area. There are stunning views of nearby Hells' Mouth/Porth Neigwl, with its expansive sandy beach; it is a couple of miles' drive to the car park and beach access. Aberdaron, 3.5 miles away, is a picturesque little seaside town with sandy beach, famous Church where poet R.S.Thomas was once the incumbent, pubs and cafes, and boat trips to Bardsey Island. The popular holiday town of Abersoch, 6 miles away, also has sandy beaches,  and a selection of shops and eating places.
