Ty Mave (previously known as Sunny Side) is located not far from Prestatyn  in the quiet village of Fynnongroyw, less than 3 miles from the fabulous wide sandy beach at Talacre (famous for it's much photographed lighthouse) and the rspb Point of Ayr site on the Dee Estuary.  This saltmarsh habitat is a birding gem where you may see Pintail, Curlew, Oystercatcher, Sandwich Terns plus the occasional Peregrine - and Natterjack toad. The Greenfield Valley Museum Heritage Park, makes a fascinating trip through the industrial revolution, with play areas, woodland walks and the ruins of Basingwerk Abbey all available for you to explore. This is just the beginning, the whole coast is open to you via the North Wales Coastal Path, or hop in the car and just 30 miles down the coast can reach Conwy Castle and the Victorian resort of Llandudno. 30 miles inland brings you to Llyn Brenig Reservoir a great spot for walking, cycling, sailing or fishing and further to the East is the Llandegla Mountain Bike Centre. With all this on your doorstep your next adventure is just a moment away.

A modern semi-detached house in a quiet village location, backing on to the local bowling green and small play area. Within walking distance of a selection of local pubs. On the ground floor this two storey house has a welcoming lounge with electric fire TV, DVD and CD player, an open plan kitchen diner with doors to the patio garden (no lawn). Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one double and one twin (with views over the bowling green and fields towards the sea). The family bathroom (bath with shower over) is also on the first floor and there is an additional WC on the ground floor.

Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, TV, Wi-Fi internet (available from April) and garden furniture. Bedlinen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property, off road parking for two cars.  Sorry no dogs allowed.
