This cottage is perfectly placed to explore the Clwydian mountain range, visit the wide sandy beaches of the North coast or head into Snowdonia and discover the rest of action packed adventure playground that is North Wales.

Swallows Nest is a wonderfully idyllic base for your next escape to the country. Nestled into the surrounding woodland in a wonderfully rural setting, it is within walking distance of the picturesque Llyn Helyg (Willow Lake), just a few minutes from the peaceful villages of Dyserth and Gorsedd. There is plenty to see and do in the area, from walking the Offa's Dyke Path to horse riding on the beach at Talacre or exploring the historic castles at Denbigh, Rhuddlan and Flint. The Clwydian Range aonb (Ares of Outstanding Natural Beauty) is right on the doorstep. Visit St Winifred's Well in nearby Holywell or venture a little further out and discover that not only the whole of the North Wales coast and Anglesey is easily accessible to you, but turn inland and the splendour of Snowdonia or the mysteries of the Marches await you. Not to mention all the Zip wires, caving, surfing, mountain biking, coasteering, birdwatching, steam train and canal rides which are just waiting to be discovered. 

This gorgeous, two bedroom, conversion is all on one level. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a modern luxury feel and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin single beds and lies opposite the bathroom (bath with shower over). The lovely living space is all open plan with lots of natural light, Facilities include a large TV, Bluetooth digital radio, high speed broadband, beautiful Granite work tops a large range style cooker, Belfast sink, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, garden furniture in the private garden area a few yards from the cottage. Bed linen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property. Sorry no dogs allowed. The owners live on site and are discretely on hand if needed.
