"A beautiful, cosy and clean lodge would go back again"

"The lodge could do with a better place to hang clothes apart from that it is very good"
    TINA ‐ 9 Sep 2019
"The place was very modern and spacious but lacked a wardrobe, who wants to put their clothes in a boiler/cleaning cupboard ? More attention to cleaning was needed, under the bed was dusty and dirty, even one of the bed supports was on the floor, there was thick dust on the end of the bed frame between the slats, behind the sink and toilet was dirty, and the side of the fridge freezer was dirty, and the floor beside the fridge/freezer, where something had been wasted and not cleaned up. The windows were all dirty on the outside spoiling the stunning view, when the sun was shining, and the inside of the windows were dirty. More attention needed on cleaning standards. On a positive note the view was amazing and the six babies ducks and their mummy made-our holiday."

"Nothing bad I could say lovely clean modern lodge. Lovely people who run it nothing was to much trouble., Really nice village with great pub. All round win thanks very much. Much needed break with my two young children. May well be back.."

"Beautiful, comfortable lodge, a real home from home. Very well equipped and maintained. Good WiFi connection. The setting is fantastic, very tranquil and a great place to unwind. Just sit back and listen to the birds while watching the fish leap to catch the flies. The village is just up the road with a pub and a shop, while the town of Mold is approximately 9 miles away and has all the amenities you would expect a town to have. We used the lodge as a base to explore some of the castles of North Wales, Caernarfon Castle is only an hours drive away. I highly recommend Badger Lodge as a place to relax and unwind."

"Nice lodge a bit basic but had everything you needed - the bed is very firm not to our liking but that didn’t spoil our week. The location was the thing that made it - beautiful, peaceful and good fishing ? a really beautiful part of North Wales. There is a village pub within walking distance up he hill, the staff are nice and welcoming but the landlord is miserable ☹️ Badger Lodge is semi detached but luckily we had good neighbours ? well worth a stay highly recommend."

"Very beautiful place in north wales. The property was in excellent condition very clean modern and surrounded by beautiful landscape. Can be a challenge to reach as there’s limited signal and the place is remote though this only adds to the charm once you are there. Would happily stay here again."
