Security Deposit
There is a £200 security deposit payable on arrival by card. If you do not have a credit card the deposit can be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your departure as long as no damage is caused.
Group Bookings/Party Types
No Contractors, builders, work parties, large groups, stag or hen parties are accepted at Penvale Lakes Lodges. This site is solely for leisure guests.'
Accommodation Information
Log Burners: Please be aware that not all lodges have a Log Burner however they all have central heating. They are only available in specific Birches Lodge VIP's, if this is important to you please telephone us to make your booking.

The fishing lake has rainbow trout and the park holds its own fishing licence however fishing tackle is not provided.

Lovely accommodation, just a few maintenance issues. Decking needs to be revarnished. Sofas a little tired.

First impressions of the lodge were fantastic , lots of room and everything you could wish for as far as utensils and amenities .we were a party of 5 age range from 24 to 82 , plenty of room for an 82 year old with mobility issues to get around and the en suite downstairs bedroom certainly made life much easier .The only issues would be the decking area , it is a little tired and worn , although whilst we were there the maintenance man was inspecting it , so im sure this will be rectified .The lodge was very clean , which given the current climate this is extremely important .Big bonus for us as a family was the swimming pool , you book your slot and have the pool to yourself for 45 minutes , im sure this is just an adjustment because of the coronavirus rules , and one i wish could be implemented at all times , for anyone who isnt a strong swimmer or isnt exactly beach ready after the lockdowns , this gives privacy and relaxation .The staff were great , very helpful and a pleasure to talk to .I would have no hesitation in returning to penvale lakes , and would certainly recommend .Well done to you all in very difficult times ,

Well equipped kitchen and rest of rooms but outside decking needs some tlc. Keeps on walking in bits of old vanish from the decking.
