Very clean and well equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay there. One thing to mention is the steps, up to the property, only a couple but quite narrow. Also stairs in the property, few down to the lower floor and a few up to the living area. Could be tricky if you have mobility issues.

Peter met us at the property and gave us a guided tour which was much appreciated as was the welcome pack. We walked everyday from the door which included an uphill hike to the Jubilee Tower on Moel Famau and a stroll to The Golden Lion at Llangynhafel where the landlord was very friendly and very informative. One morning of rain did not affect our holiday as there are so many rooms to relax in overlooking the gorgeous grounds. This place is so quiet and peaceful with a sun trap balcony. We will definitely return.
