    Bath leaks very badly.

Even the furnishings were lovely if not a little compact. There were a couple of I felt oversights which made the first day of arrival a little difficult (not enough cutlery in the drawer and no baking trays to cook with) meaning we had to go shopping for household necessities before we could actually cook and enjoy a meal there. After a long journey it wasn’t ideal. Overall we enjoyed a good holiday and would recommend for the well prepared.

Cottage was clean inside.Everything on hand pretty much ,lacking in a just a few things,i.e wooden spoons, oven dish, potatoe masher, sauce sachets would've come in handy apart from that well equipped with everything we needed, however cottage was very small for us as a family of four and we feel maybe shouldn't have been advertised as that.Second bedroom had just bunks in and the lounge /diner wasn't big enough for the kids to play /hang around in.The dining table was very crammed in corner and very difficult to all sit at as it was pushed so far up the corner it was very awkward to all eat at at same time. The sofa s in the lounge had no cushions and were in general extremely uncomfortable to sit on,we had to use pillows from bedrooms to make them more comfortable. The main bedroom was lovely but as the bed was a 4' small double was way too small for a couple to sleep in,hence we didn't get an awful lot of sleep most nights cause of this.We all agree that this was a lovely little cottage in a very peaceful location but it was wrongly advertised to cater for a family of four. Also we had a little very well behaved lhaso and as it had no garden only a very very tiny yard,he didn't have anywhere to go.Fortunately we were out an awful lot till late everyday ,although if we woulve been a little bit more comfortable there we would've liked to hang around the cottage more for some chill time. Also I would also like to add that although the log burner in the lounge was lovely, the cottage only had storage heaters in the CV lounge and bedrooms and they were locked and on timers so it wasn't too warm. When we got back from a days out we had to leave coats on on a few occasions when we returned to cottage until the fire became established. There was an oil filled radiator in the lounge but I mainly had to use this in my children's room as the heater was set to low and locked. This was a lovely cottage but not for us and one I wouldn't return to.Wasnt big enough.
