Guests have enjoyed the welcoming touches, such as homemade Welsh cakes and fresh eggs, and have found the property to be a homely base for their holiday adventures.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage received mixed feedback on cleanliness. Some guests found it to be immaculate, while others noted areas that required attention, such as cobwebs and dust. The presence of both positive and negative comments suggests an average level of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Pembrokeshire. The rural setting contributes to a peaceful atmosphere, although some guests noted the narrow access lanes.

Guests have found the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy, contributing to a good night's sleep. However, some guests mentioned issues with the bathroom facilities and seating arrangements, indicating room for improvement in overall comfort.

The cottage is well-equipped for a holiday stay, with a well-stocked kitchen and good mobile signal. However, there are reports of maintenance issues such as a cracked sink and broken items, suggesting that while facilities are adequate, they could benefit from updates and repairs.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through the provision of homemade Welsh cakes and fresh eggs, which many guests appreciated. It should be noted that such personal touches, while often present, are not guaranteed for every stay.

empty bottles of cleaner in cupboard, loose rice on shelf. Thick cobwebs throughout, skirting boards full of dog hair. Rubbish strewn in the outside space, broken trampoline. Would have been nice for a welcome pack. We have been to lots of cottages and this is the only one not to do this. This is constructive critism for the price, you really need to address these issues. this is a quick fix. Helen

Very peaceful surroundings where you can just relax and unwind. Sadly the weather wasn’t always great (Storm Agnes thrown into the mix) but we manage to visit a few places on the better days. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable which still made those ‘days in’ enjoyable. We had one issue with no gas or hot water but this was swiftly rectified for us. The homemade welsh cakes were lovely too! Thank you!
