Acre Uchaf is a spacious detached house in a fantastic rural setting, up a single track road, next to a working farm. Ideal for families, the house has a large games room with a pool table, football table, darts board and a garden with an enclosed play area, which includes a sunken trampoline and swings. 1.5 miles south of Llansannan and 8 miles west of Denbigh.

This well kept property has a comfortably furnished lounge with leather sofas and a cosy open fire. There is a large flatscreen Freeview TV/DVD/CD player and WiFi available in the dining room. The modern fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, with a separate utility room housing a washer/dryer. The  separate dining room has lovely rural views out across the fields. On the first floor, accessed via the spacious landing, are three delightful bedrooms; a double with a four poster bed and smart en suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms. An additional folding bed is available for a child. The family bathroom has an electric shower over a whirlpool bath. There is an additional WC and basin on the ground floor. Oil central heating. Outside is a lovely lawned garden and decked patio with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Bike hire is available, and there are lovely riverside and woodland walks in the immediate vicinity.The village of Llansannen has a historic local pub. This is a peaceful area of rolling green hills and farm land, dotted by small villages, yet only 11 miles to Llanrwst and all the attractions of the Snowdonia National Park and about half an hours drive to the North Wales coast. 13 miles to Colwyn Bay with its promenade and watersports centre and 20 miles to Conwy with its historic castle. 5 miles to Llyn Brenig for watersports, nature trails and cycling.
