It is well-equipped and styled with two pleasant bedrooms and an open plan living area with a sitting area with a dining table. The kitchen has patio doors leading onto a private enclosed lawn and seating area where you can relax in the heart of the countryside. Set in the heart of the rolling Snowdonia foothills, the panoramic views from the lane will take your breath away. Amazing views, endless walks and the abundance of family attractions that North Wales is renowned for, make this superb cottage suitable all year round for walkers and families alike. Llanrwst has a selection of shops and pubs, and is an ideal base for making the most of the activities on offer in this region. There is plenty of opportunities for walking in the surrounding hills, with the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park providing many trails for walkers and climbers of all abilities. Extremely clean & tidy however not enough to make you feel out of place & couldn't touch anything or relax, it was cosy comfortable & clean. The lady (Karen) clearly loves thos place & it shows, it's just beautifully decorated & so peaceful. I would highly recommend these cottages

The directions from owner to find the place was spot on. Sat nav not needed. Perfect location to visit surrounding areas and will definitely consider booking again next time we come to Wales
