Llwyn Bedw is one of a group of cottages set around a pretty cobbled courtyard in the grounds of this former Victorian country residence. This is a lovely rural location right next to the Snowdonia National Park and within easy reach of the popular towns of Betws-Y-Coed - 4 miles, Llanrwst - 2 miles and Conwy - 8 miles. and only 3 miles from the new Surf Snowdonia and a short drive to Zip World.

This attractive cottage boasts its own clock tower! It is furnished and equipped to a high standard whilst retaining lots of character. The ground floor is beamed throughout and has a practical quarry tiled floor. The living room has an open fire in a stone fireplace (logs provided), comfortable sofas and chair, TV/DVD/Freeview/CD/radio and patio doors leading to the garden. The fitted kitchen diner includes a washer/dryer and table and chairs. There are three bedrooms: a ground floor double room with exposed stone walls and an antique-style brass bed, and on the first floor a twin room and a double with en suite shower room; first floor family bathroom with bidet and a ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin. Heating is by night storage heaters and open fire with additional electric heaters available. To the rear is a private lawned garden with a patio table, chairs and barbecue. WiFi is available at extra cost.

Groups of up to 26 can be accommodated at this location (please see Conwy Valley Cottages for full details). There are a wealth of outdoor activities on your doorstep from gentle walks to more serious mountain ascents, family friendly cycle paths to forest mountain trails, gentle beach activities to watersports and on top of the that the ever popular adrenaline activities of ZipWorld arial zip wires, Bounce Below underground trampolines and, new for 2015, Surf Snowdonia surf and splash centre at Dolgarrog, only 3 miles away. Within a short drive there is golf, fishing, a rspb nature reserve, the market town of Llanrwst with shops, cafes and pubs, The Bodnant Welsh Food centre, the National Trust's Bodnant Gardens and the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno.
