Bwthyn Tan Dderwen is a 2 bedroom bungalow with views across the Conwy Valley. It's located near the village of Henryd, a short distance south of Conwy.

The entire house is on the same level with no internal steps. Enter the house thought the porch and into the corridor. The living room has a log burner, 2 sofas, TV, table and chairs, and patio doors leading to an outdoor seating area with garden furniture. The room and the outside area have a wonderful view across the countryside of the Conwy Valley. The kitchen-diner also enjoys countryside views, has plenty of space and is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, crockery and cutlery plus kitchen utensils. The dining table has seating for 4 people. A utility room has the washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a family bathroom (bath with shower over, WC and wash basin).

Bwthyn Tan Dderwen has full central heating, WiFi internet connection, bed linen and towels are provided, off-road parking for up to 3 cars and bike storage space. This is a no smoking property and does not accept pets.

Bwthyn Tan Dderwen is in a peaceful setting surrounded by farmland. The town of Conwy with its castle and town walls is a 5 minute drive away with Deganwy and Llandudno 15 and 20 minutes away. The Conwy Valley is very picturesque and a trip south to Betws-y-Coed through the valley is recommended. This area is on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with its many walking and climbing routes, attractions and activities.
