The cottage is within walking distance of town shops, restaurants and pubs, the world heritage Castle, Telford bridge and small waterfront quay. This lovely town is a very suitable base for the whole of North Wales.
Accommodation: Over three floors, has three bedrooms (one double is accessed via steep stairs, slightly limited headroom), bathroom (bath with shower over), dressing room with cot, kitchen, dining room with flame gas fire and lounge with bay window and flame gas fire.
Facilities include gas central heating, dishwasher, microwave and furniture for rear paved garden. Bedlinen is supplied, gas and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25. This is a no smoking property. There is no off-road parking as the terrace is at right angles to the road and accessed via a footpath (see main picture for detail). Some roadside parking is available nearby as well as pay and display carparks.
