With fantastic views over wooded valley. The trees of Gwydir forest form a backdrop to the small group of houses on this site. Footpaths and cycle routes through the forest offer exercise and relaxation.

Accommodation: Smithy Cottage is part of the original village smithy, beautifully converted and retaining many original features, it has one large bedroom with king size bed, bathroom (bath with hand shower), additional separate shower room, spacious kitchen and lounge-diner with huge windows to take advantage of the wonderful views over the forest and valley. Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, microwave and DVD. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £20. This is a no smoking property. Pick up and drop off at Betws Y Coed train station is available to guests arriving by train.
