Location: Ty Newydd is a small, detached, stone farmhouse with just a short drive from the village of Pentrefoelas, which is between Betws y Coed and Cerrigydrudion, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. Moorland walking from the door, and easy access to the coast at Llandudno or Porthmadog. This is a lovely cosy hideaway cottage in a wonderful location. There are some steps within the single storey cottage.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms, bathroom (shower only), kitchen and lounge with feature fireplace with log burner.
Facilities include storage heaters, microwave, washing machine and furniture for the enclosed garden. Bed linen, towels and logs are included. Electricity is extra by meter reading.
This cottage has a £150 refundable accidental damage bond. Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £15 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at Ty Newydd up to a value of £150.
