Location: Midway between the coastal towns of Abergele and Colwyn Bay in the peaceful village of Llysfaen just 10 miles from The Victorian resort town of Llandudno. Set a mile inland in the limestone hills above the coast, a short walk from Mynydd Marian nature reserve (a site of special scientific interest), Sunny View looks out over open fields towards the Carneddau Mountain range in the Snowdonia National Park. Only half a mile from the village pub, restaurant and shop. One of two adjacent cottages in a small terrace with wonderful views over rolling hills, the other cottage is Hill View .
Accommodation: This bungalow style cottage has all rooms on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms, one double, one with full sized bunks, bathroom (short bath with shower over) and comfortable kitchen-lounge-diner with double doors to patio seating area and parking.
