Maenan Cottage is a stunning luxury cottage in an elevated position above the Conwy Valley with great views towards Snowdonia. Detached and beautifully presented to a very high standard this is a stylish and family-friendly holiday cottage. The location is excellent, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, within easy reach of Betws-Y-Coed, 8 miles and Conwy on the North wales coast, 10miles.

At the heart of this single storey cottage is the beautifully equipped kitchen dining room with French doors opening onto the garden terrace from which to admire the views. It is fitted with quality appliances including oven, glass ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge, microwave, slimline dishwasher and a wooden table and chairs for four. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and small freezer. The pretty lounge is filled with light and enjoys the luxury of leather sofas, a log fire, large flatscreen satellite TV with sports package, a Bluetooth docking station/CD player and WiFi. The lovely conservatory has seating for four and stunning views of the garden and Snowdonia, ideal for relaxing any time of year. The two bedrooms are both stylishly presented in pretty Farrow and Ball colours, one a kingsize and the other a twin. The spacious bathroom has a newly fitted suite with bath with shower over, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail, attractive tiling and a light bright feel.

Maenan Cottage is set in its own private and attractive gardens with an outside table and chairs for four, two sun loungers and a barbecue. The garden is a real feature of the cottage - south-facing and a great sun trap for sunbathing and relaxing whilst admiring the views. There is parking on the driveway for two cars and a garage is available for bike storage if required.

This cottage is ideally located for exploring the National Park with easy access to the mountains and lakes of Snowdonia. The Conwy valley itself has lots for the visitor; the National Trust's Bodnant Gardens is just down the road along with the popular Welsh Food Centre; Surf Snowdonia, a new man made surfing facility is at Dolgarrog 9 miles away, a short drive further takes you to the north wales coast and castle at Conwy.

Please note Maenan Cottage is a single storey property. It has a few small steps but no stairs.
