About this property

Cae Person is a delightful cottage sitting on the outskirts of Llanrwst, on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this two bedroomed cottage is perfectly located for the adventurers, with an abundance of outdoor activities available locally. Enter Cae Person, and you'll feel instantly at home in the lounge with the warmth of the log burner roaring away - a lovely spot to spend the evening relaxing with your favourite drink and streaming your favourite films on the Smart TV. Prepare some home cooked meals in the well presented, modern kitchen, completed with a breakfast bar, this kitchen area has all that you'll need during your Llanrwst break away. Make your way to the first floor bedrooms for a peaceful nights' sleep, and wake up to great views over the local hillside and forestry of the surrounding area. This cottage is a perfect bolthole for those wanting to explore all that Snowdonia has to offer, from mountain biking, ziplining, Surf Snowdonia and local walks, this area really does have something for everyone. In just under 10 minutes you can walk into the centre of Llanrwst, where you'll have a choice of cafes and restaurants to pick from. Betws-Y-Coed and Blaneau Ffestiniog are both only a short drive away, and offer further choices for those nights you may want to eat out. Cae Person is a delightful, wonderfully finished property perfect for families or couples wanting to adventure out in the Snowdonia area.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
