Caban is a lovely apartment just on the Eastern edge of the small yet historic market town of Llanrwst. Set in a peaceful, elevated spot away from the hustle and bustle of daily village life, but less then 700 yds from the heart of the village, Ancaster Square, where the weekly market is held and where various shops, pubs and an award winning Indian restaurant can be found. Llanrwst is an ideal base for exploring the Conwy Valley being the historic trade link between the Castle town of Conwy on the coast and the fertile land of the valley and the surrounding hills which now play host to a number of activities, from Surfing on the purpose built lagoon at Surf Snowdonia, to the high ropes courses and Alpine Coaster at Tree Top Adventures or mountain biking through Gwydyr forest. There are of course more relaxing pastimes available from browsing art galleries, (Ffin y Parc close by has a wonderful cafe too), try visiting the National Trust Bodnant Gardens, walking or simply driving through the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

A spacious yet cosy apartment, ideally suited to a couple or small family who want to experience the beauty of the Conwy Valley and the majesty of Snowdonia all within convenient walking distance of the village amenities. 

All on the ground floor with an open plan kitchen-lounge and dining area with real flame gas fire, and doors out to the front garden and small patio seating area. There is one step up into the shower room (Shower only) from the laundry/ utility room and a spacious master bedroom leading through to an adjoining bunk bedroom.

Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, TV and garden furniture. Bedlinen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property, off road parking for one car.  Sorry no pets allowed.

This cottage has a £150 refundable accidental damage bond.  Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £15 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at Y Caban up to a value of £150.
