Sunset View is a 5 star property (Visit Wales graded) on the North Wales coast. This lovely house has everything you need, a real home from home.

The living areas are on the ground floor. Enter the house through the porch and into the living room which has 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, 42" TV with bose sound system and Blueray player. The kitchen is very well equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The dining area has a table with seating for 6 people. On from the kitchen is the conservatory with large, L-shaped sofa and views over the town to the sea. Seeing the setting sun from this room gave the house its name. Outside the conservatory is the patio, a lovely area to sit out on a nice day or enjoy a meal cooked on the weber gas barbeque.

On the first floor are the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and a TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, TV and ensuite shower room (shower, wasbasin and WC). The third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and TV. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over it, washbasin and WC.

The house has free wifi, full central heating, bed linen and towels, heating and electricity are included, and there is off road parking for up to 4 cars. This is a no smoking property and it will accept 2 dogs.

Sunset view is walking distance from the beach, walking in the hills or a short drive along the coast towards Conwy or Anglesey. The Llanfairfechan golf course is only 1 and a half mile away.
