Within easy walking distance of the sea, local shops and amenities, and a comfortable slightly longer walk (less than a mile) into the heart of Llandudno (with all its shops, restaurants, galleries, theatre and the Victorian pier and promenade). From the Little Orme (to the East) seals are often to be seen on the beach below, whilst the better known Great Orme on the other side of Llandudno Bay is a site of special scientific interest, with rare plants and insects, along with unusual cashmere goats which roam freely on the rocks and meadows. An ideal location for family holidays, the house is close to tennis courts and a children's playground, and within easy driving distance of the mountains and all of the region's attractions.
