This stunning property is based over three floors and has many contemporary features that really add to the property. The ground floor has a light oak finish and it is on this floor where you will find the kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances you need to cook a lovely hearty meal. The kitchen leads into the dining area where there will be dining for eight and a TV on the wall, creating a cosy environment. The sitting room has plenty of comfy seating for you to sit and relax after a long day of exploring, and also is home to another 50” flatscreen TV. Three bedrooms lead off the first floor hallway, two doubles (one with a veranda) and one twin all which boast spectacular views from the front of the property through Llandudno and the surrounding countryside. Up a few steps, down the hallway is a spacious family bathroom which is fitted with both a bath and walk-in-shower. The third floor boasts a prestigious junior suite, which is made up of a super-king size bed, a TV, an area with a small fridge and kettle, a space with comfortable seating for you to unwind as well as an en-suite shower room. This impressive space also has a balcony that has stunning views of the golden sandy beach that stretches across Llandudno. Wander down to the village for a newspaper or a drink in one of the pubs beside the coast. Or take advantage of the best views where you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either a tram or a thrilling cable car ride. There is an excellent array of shops, pubs, restaurants and activities available on your doorstep. Nearby is Conwy, home to a medieval castle, and holds annual festivals, events and fairs, which are definitely worth a visit! With Snowdonia National Park just a 20 minute drive away there is also plenty of walking and climbing routes available at your leisure!

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site, dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away.

The hill the house is on is steep but within a short hilly walk of the town centre, parking was easy both on the road and in the small space infront of the property. The local services in Llandudno are great we had takeaway deliveries and they found the property easily. We ran out of dish washer tabs and the property owner was a phone call away and very helpful so I know if there had been any issue we could have got it sorted easily. Overall an excellent family holiday which we would happily repeat.

Beautiful views from the top suite which in itself is a fantastic and surprising part of the accommodation. Would like to stay here again next time we visit the area.

The children loved getting to know the local donkeys & feeding them everyday. The house owner was very helpful. The hill was hard work for my parents but we would definitely return.
