Situated overlooking the harbour in Mousehole, Gwylan House is a three-bedroom home-from-home retreat with spacious rooms and a beautiful well-equipped kitchen/diner. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a king and a double room to the front of the property with sea and harbour views, and up a further few steps to the rear of the house is a single bedroom. This room has an additional pull out bed suitable for an extra child. The family bathroom is on this floor with shower over bath.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Gwylan House. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We stayed from the 27th Dec-3rd Jan and were thrilled to see that there was a Christmas tree twinkling away in the lounge window when we arrived. The bottle of prosecco and mince pies on arrival were a lovely touch. There was plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. The shower in the utility room was very powerful. We arrived when it was dark so the village was lit up with the beautiful harbour lights. Definitely worth a visit and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much for a lovely, comfortable stay. I fell in love with Gwylan House and Mousehole and didn’t want to leave!

A delightful house with amazing views. A very comfortable stay that surpassed our expectations. Great location in a small coastal village. We ate out every night in the local restaurants and the excellent Ship Inn pub. Every meal was top notch. The locals so friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again.
