In a convenient residential part of Llandudno, in easy walking distance of the town centre and the beaches at both West and North shores. The town has a wide selection of restaurants and cafes, theatre, pier and wide promenade for an evening stroll. The rocky headland of the Great Orme is an area of Special Scientific Interest, due to the rare plants and animals found there. Not rare, but unusual, is the flock of goats that live there. Ancient copper mines and hut circles show the historic value of the area and can be reached by Victorian tram or modern cable car as well as by car or on foot. An easy drive along the coast takes you to both Conwy and Caernarfon castles, or to the Isle of Anglesey.

Inland the road through the Conwy valley to Betws y Coed and beyond takes you to the heart of Snowdonia where you can walk, climb or for the more adventurous try Zip World or Surf Snowdonia.

This lovely modern ground floor apartment has one step to the front door, ideal for a great value family getaway. It has two bedrooms, one room with king sized bed and the other with bunk beds and a single bed and TV. There is a family bathroom (bath with shower over), and a comfortable kitchen-lounge-diner.

Facilities include oil fired central heating,washer dryer, freezer, microwave and garden furniture. Heating and electricity are included in the tariff . WiFi broadband is available.  Bedlinen and towels are provided. This is a no smoking property. Off road parking for one car (a bonus in Llandudno) is accessed by the rear entrance and additional parking is available at the nearby car park. Sorry no pets allowed.

This cottage has a £200 refundable accidental damage bond.  Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £20 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at Benllech up to a value of £200.
