We love visiting Llandudno and were lucky to have good weather for most of the week we were there. We have stayed at the house before so knew how well it was going to suit us in terms of bedroom layouts/bathrooms etc. The kitchen is well stocked equipment and facilities wise, and the house in general was spotless. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch and very gratefully received :). The house is located very close to the shops and promenade so everything is within walking distance. The off street space to park a car is great/essential as parking at the height of summer in Llandudno is a challenge. We parked our car and barely used it for the duration of our stay. We had a wonderful week in your lovely house and are hopefully planning to return.

Very clean comfortable home with everything you need supplied. Except egg cups. Great location and with parking available which is needed in Llandudno. Just a short walk to all the attractions, cafes, shops and the pier. Lovely to be able to sit out in the back yard and we had perfect weather. Many thanks to Yvonne. A really friendly lady who greeted us on arrival. Thanks for the yummy biscuits too. Very comfy beds. Would love to come back here. It’s was delightful.

House well equipped, laid out and furnished. Parking a big plus. Clean could have been better with old sock, dust and wrappers under beds. Few small maintenance issues with broken blind and bulbs needing changing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
