The location was very good being close to the beach and local amenities, however the noise let it down. Opposite a very noisy pub and on a busy road. There was also a festival on when we got there which was extremely noisy! It may be better to be warned as I thought the property was in a side street. There was a bit of an issue with dust but not excessive.

Perfect. Lovely private sunny terrace and good outdoor shower. Handy back garden access to terrace/shower when coming back from beach. Small but absolutely perfectly formed - great for 4 people. Will be booking for next year. Elaine, the housekeeper, very helpful indeed.
