Old Coastguard House is an end of terrace, 4-bedroom holiday cottage. Built around 1800, this cottage provides a warm welcome to its visitors with off road parking for 2 cars, enclosed garden, and stunning views over the world famous Rhossili Bay just yards away.

The homely cottage sleeps 8 people comfortably and provides an element of luxury with the master bedroom being complete with an en suite shower room. The country style kitchen is light and provides views over the bay whilst the open plan lounge/diner and secondary lounge prove to be an ideal social space for families and friends to enjoy.

Coastguard House is in the ideal location for an array of outdoor activities. From walking to surfing, days at the beach to paragliding and once you have worked up a thirst or hunger you have a choice of a wonderful cafe/bistro serving up an array of sandwiches and cakes or for something a little more substantial there is the Rhossili Head Hotel which serves a wide variety of pub fayre, craft beers and wines.

Ground Floor

Kitchen: Electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge, under worktop freezer, microwave.

Dining Room: Table and chairs for 6 with an additional table and chairs in the second lounge which could be used to sit 8 people.

Lounge: Soft seating, TV with BT You View, DVD player and a multi-fuel stove.

Games Room: Ideal as a room for the kids to play in, pool table, dart board (magnetic), soft seating, table and chairs. Separate door leading out to back garden from the hallway.

Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: King size (zip 'n' link) bed which can be made into a twin, wardrobes and bedside furniture. En suite shower room with WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: Double bed with dressing table, wardrobe, bedside furniture and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 3: Double bed with bedside furniture, hanging space and a TV.

Bedroom 4: Full size bunk beds, hanging space and bedside furniture.

Family Bathroom: Bath and shower over, wash hand basin, WC.

External: Garden to rear made up of a lawned area, patio and garden furniture. Side gate leads to driveway with space for 2 cars.

**Please note** There is a small pond on the far side of the garden along the perimeter wall. Small children must be supervised at all times.
