The grounds and home offer very flexible accommodation throughout the year with a small party discount for parties of 6 and under being available during the winter and low season.

The property is a short walk from the beach at Horton/Port Eynon and also offers good access by car to the rest of the activities, attractions and beaches of the Gower peninsular. There is ample off road parking at the property and a large garden with garden shed/store for bicycles/beach equipment. A large patio overlooks the dunes and bay beyond.

Accommodation

Ground Floor: The front door is accessed off the patio.

Kitchen: A large electric oven comprising two baking ovens, a warming oven and grill. It has a "double" gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Utility Room: Additional kitchen cupboards and storage.

Dining Room: Sea views, patio doors onto the large patio and a dining table and chairs for 9.

Reception: Sea views over the bay at Port Eynon, patio doors leading onto the patio and large front garden. There are 3 sofas and 2 armchairs and a TV and DVD player. The sitting area to the rear of the lounge has board games and books.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with sea views.

Shower Room: WC, wash basin and shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2: Single bed.

Bedroom 3: King size bed with views over the rear garden.

Bathroom: Wash basin, WC and bath.

First Floor

Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds.

Sliproom: Travel cot, DVD/Video combi that may be used to play children's own DVDs and console games which connect via scart. 

Study Area: Desk, incoming telephone, and a velux window which offers stunning sea views.

Small Party Discount for parties of 6 and under: During price bands Low & Low+ this property can be booked with a £150 discount (full week only). This option will only include the use of 3 bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Double, 1 Twin.

**Please note** some of the ground floor rooms have 1 step down into them and the patio is raised and accessed via broad steps.
