The cottage benefits from off road parking and a rear courtyard. The pubs, restaurants, cafes and boutiques of Mumbles are all within easy walking distance along with the seafront promenade which stretches the full width of the bay from Swansea to Mumbles.

Reception 1: Snug room with a 2-seat sofa and 2 x chairs and wall-mounted TV.

Reception 2: 1 x L-shaped sofa, flatscreen TV and DVD player, leading onto dining area and kitchen.

Kitchen: Freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and an electric oven and 4-ring hob, with access to courtyard.

Dining Area: Dining table and 2 benches.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: King size bed with large en suite shower room with WC and basin.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with 2'6" beds.

Family Bathroom: Shower over the bath, WC and wash hand basin.

External: South facing rear courtyard with a table and chairs for 4 and parking space. Garage also available for storage of bikes, surfboards etc.
